3. Placement Requests

Submitting a vending machine placement request does not create a contract and does not guarantee approval or placement.

Security
Electrical requirements
Equipment availability
Expected sales
Operational feasibility
Other relevant business considerations

A vending relationship becomes binding only when the appropriate arrangement or agreement has been accepted by the applicable parties.

4. Zero-Cost Placement

Where Sky Valley Vending advertises vending placement and regular vending service at no cost to a qualifying location, eligibility remains subject to location approval and any applicable service or placement agreement.

The phrase “zero cost” does not create an obligation to place equipment at every location that submits a request.

5. Products and Availability

Vending machine inventory may change based on:

Product availability
Customer demand
Seasonal availability
Supplier availability
Machine configuration
Sales performance
Product expiration considerations
Operational requirements

We do not guarantee continuous availability of any particular brand, flavor, size, or product.

6. Pricing

Prices displayed at vending machines, smart coolers, or other points of sale may change from time to time.

The applicable price is the price presented at the time of purchase unless an obvious system or pricing error has occurred.

7. Equipment

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, vending machines, smart coolers, payment devices, and related equipment placed by Sky Valley Vending remain the property of Sky Valley Vending or the applicable equipment owner.

Unauthorized movement, modification, disconnection, tampering, alteration, or attempted repair of vending equipment is prohibited.

Equipment problems should be reported to Sky Valley Vending.

8. Service Interruptions

Vending equipment may occasionally become unavailable because of:

Mechanical problems
Power outages
Internet or cellular connectivity
Payment-network interruptions
Equipment maintenance
Product shortages
Building access restrictions
Severe weather
Events outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to address reported service issues.

9. Finder's Fee and Referral Promotions

Sky Valley Vending may periodically offer referral incentives, including a Finder's Fee program.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, a referral payment is not earned merely by submitting the name of a potential location.

For the Finder's Fee currently advertised by Sky Valley Vending, payment is subject to the referred location resulting in an actual vending placement and the location remaining sufficiently profitable for at least 30 days.

Sky Valley Vending may verify referral eligibility before payment.

Duplicate referrals, previously known opportunities, existing customers, fraudulent submissions, or referrals that do not result in a qualifying placement may be ineligible.

Promotional programs may be changed, suspended, or discontinued prospectively.

10. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Submit deliberately false or misleading information
Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems
Interfere with website security or operation
